Pride Pledge
The Pride Pledge is a values-based commitment that organisations can take to demonstrate dedication to the safety, visibility and inclusion of the rainbow members of our community.
Pride Pledge work with subscribing organisations to improve their commitment to Rainbow diversity and inclusion practices. Pride Pledge represent many businesses across a range of industries including hospitality, finance, insurance, tourism & more.
Creating a workplace where people feel accepted and are free to be their authentic selves is acknowledged to be a central factor in attracting and retaining the best talent – and generally being a great place to work.
