Offer: Farmlands Napier event credit that applies to all persons that attend the event on 11 August 2023 and register using the registration form supplied by Meridian at the event.
1. The offers described in paragraph 2 are available to new customers who aren’t already Meridian customers and existing Meridian customers.
2. There are three offers available:
- New customers will receive a $300 Meridian account credit.
- Existing customers will receive a $50 Meridian account credit.
- Golden Ticket $200 Meridian account credit vouchers.
3. In order to be eligible for this offer you must meet the following criteria:
- you must attend the Farmlands Napier event;
- you must register for this offer using the registration form supplied by Meridian at the event;
- if you will be a new Meridian customer, you have not been a customer of ours in the 180 days prior to requesting this offer; and
- you must meet Meridian’s standard customer eligibility criteria (for example: credit criteria, refer to Meridian's Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Electricity for more information).
4. Golden Ticket prize: If an Entrant receives a Brooklyn Block of chocolate that contains a Golden Ticket and provides evidence to Meridian:
- the Entrant is an existing Meridian customer, they may request the credit to be loaded onto their account by contacting Aaron Ogilvie on aaron.ogilvie@meridianenergy.co.nz or calling 0800 496 777 before 31 December 2023; or
- the Entrant is not an existing Meridian customer, they may register to become a Meridian customer and request the credit to be loaded onto their new account by contacting Aaron Ogilvie on aaron.ogilvie@meridianenergy.co.nz or calling 0800 496 777 before 31 December 2023.
5. The offer is not transferrable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
6. If you choose one of our fixed plans we will charge your final bill with an amount equal to the value of the credit you have received if you cease to be a Meridian customer before the expiry date of your fixed plan. If you close any of your connections (i.e. Meters/ICPs), or switch any of them to another electricity retailer within this period, we will charge your next bill with an amount equal to the value of the credit relating to that connection.
7. If you choose our variable pricing plan or Simple Flexi Plan we will charge your final bill with an amount equal to the value of the credit you have received if you cease to be a Meridian customer within 12 months of joining on the variable pricing plan. If you close any of your connections (i.e. Meters/ICPs), or switch any of them to another electricity retailer within this period, we will charge your next bill with an amount equal to the value of the credit relating to that connection.
8. Meridian reserves the right to amend the terms of, extend, or cancel, this offer at any time.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless Meridian agrees otherwise at its discretion.
