Competition entry opens on Friday 14 June 2024 and closes at 10am on Tuesday 2 July 2024.
By entering the competition you agree to the following terms and conditions:
The Prize
- There is one prize which includes a 2 hour session for two people at Ōpuke Thermal Pools and Spa, which can be used in either the Tranquility or Discovery pools at a time of the winner’s choosing. The prize must be redeemed within the 12 months of receiving the prize.
Eligibility criteria
- Entries are limited to 10 entries per person and each entrant needs to tag a unique person for each entry on Instagram.
- Winners must be 18 years or over to gain entry to the Tranquility Pools at Ōpuke Thermal Pools and Spa. Discovery Pools have no age restriction.
- The competition is open to NZ residents only and includes Meridian employees.
The Draw
- The winner will be drawn on Wednesday 3 July 2024.
- The winner will be notified via the platform through which they entered the competition. Meridian will make two attempts to contact the winner. If no response within 5 working days of the second message the draw will be run again.
Additional terms and conditions
- The winner must arrange entrance to the pools directly with the Ōpuke Thermal Pools and Spa.
- The value of the prize is $130 and Meridian accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
- All additional expenses, including, but not limited to transport, accommodation, food and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
- If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, Meridian reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
- Meridian, its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer and cannot be taken as cash.
- Meridian and the judge’s decisions on all matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Meridian reserves the right to use the prize winner’s name and photographs/video footage for publicity purposes without payment or other compensation.
- All entries become the property of Meridian and any incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
- Meridian reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend the competition at any time. Meridian is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
- When collecting personal information Meridian complies with the Privacy Act 2020. By entering this competition all entrants agree that Meridian may use your personal information for the purposes of conducting this competition.
