1. This competition runs from 23 September 2024 to 11:59pm 31 October 2024 (the “Competition Period”).
2. To enter to win, you must complete and submit the survey sent by Smart Loyalty New Zealand Limited (“Smart Loyalty”).
3. There are three prizes to be won:
- one small Vegepod with stand valued at $328.00,
- one medium Vegepod with a trolley valued at $608.00, and
- one Vegepod kitchen garden valued at $399.00.
4. Eligibility criteria:
- To be eligible for this prize entrants must complete the survey sent by Smart Loyalty titled ‘Meridian Energy Questionnaire’.
- Prize entrants must be Smart Loyalty members.
- Employees and contractors of Meridian Energy Limited (“Meridian”) group and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
- Employees and contractors of Smart Loyalty group and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
5. Meridian will draw one competition winner for each of the prizes. Competition winners will be randomly drawn on 4 November 2024 from all eligible survey entries submitted within the Competition Period.
7. Meridian will contact each winner by email by 8 November 2024. If Meridian does not receive a response from the customer by 13 November 2024, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and Meridian has the right to randomly draw a replacement winner.
8. Meridian’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The prizes are not transferrable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, Meridian reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and specification.
10. All entries become the property of Meridian and any incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
11. Meridian reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend the competition at any time. Meridian is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions. Meridian may also vary this offer at any time by posting revised terms and conditions on our website.
12. By entering the competition, entrants accept these terms and conditions with Meridian and agree to be contacted by Meridian in relation to this competition.
